MOQ depends on the product and the factory. For many standard parts we can start from a few pieces; for made-to-order items the factory MOQ applies. Send us the model number and quantity and we will confirm the exact minimum.

Yes. Our master catalog holds 470,000+ records, but many factory items are not published online. Send any model number, drawing or photo and we will match it across our verified factory network.

Every order ships with material test certificates (MTC). Before shipment we verify material, dimensions and surface condition, and can arrange independent third-party inspection on request.

Our partner factories hold ISO 9001, CE and material certifications. For commercial confidentiality, full certificate scans and factory qualifications are shared with verified buyers under NDA on request.

In-stock standard parts can ship within days. Made-to-order items typically run 2-6 weeks depending on material and process. We always state the realistic lead time in our quote - no hidden delays.

We commonly work with T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) for new clients, and can discuss LC or balanced terms for established partnerships. All terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Yes. We manage packing, freight forwarding, customs documents and insurance. We can deliver to your port (FOB/CIF) or arrange door-to-door service via our logistics partners.

Absolutely. We sign NDAs and treat all client drawings, specs and supplier information as strictly confidential. Your proprietary data is never shared with unrelated parties.
