Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

CrabCaptain acts as a professional sourcing and procurement agent for industrial products manufactured in China. We identify suppliers, verify quality, negotiate pricing and coordinate logistics on the buyer's behalf.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the offer. Prices are based on the specifications, quantity and Incoterms agreed at the time. Tooling, testing and certification requests outside the original scope may affect pricing.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after a proforma invoice is issued and the agreed deposit or payment is received. Production lead time starts from confirmation, not from the inquiry date.

4. Intellectual Property

All drawings, specifications and technical data shared by the client remain the client's property. We use them solely to fulfil the specific order and never disclose them to unrelated third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the products in the buyer's application.
