Our commitment when materials do not match the agreed specification.
Every shipment is backed by mill test certificates (MTC) and our pre-shipment verification. If delivered goods do not match the agreed material, grade or drawing, we replace or refund at our cost.
Wear from normal operation, damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside the agreed service conditions, and modifications made after delivery are outside this commitment.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos, the model number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days and coordinate replacement, return or refund with the supplying factory.
